I giving them 1 star cause i have to but Mrs Letty how ever you spell her name cut my husbands hair and did a horrible job he’s cut was horrible cut off he’s beard when all he asked for was a trim but she had her own plans i call and went off he no longer has a hair line Thanks letty but you need practice if you couldnt cut a black mans hair then say so nothing wrong with that but just to cut and pretend you knew what you was doing. And sports clips response was we will give you a free mvp cut what makes you think i would come back after you messed up once and he said he didn’t like and she still charged him didn’t even try to help or ask someone what they could do for him.. NEVER again !!!!

In the 10 Years of being a Sport Clips customer I have never gotten a bad haircut till today. The stylist Josefa after I told her what I wanted, Put of a number 5 guide on her trimmer ran it over the back and side of my head in 6 strokes and my Hair cut was done. Oh she cut the front at my request. I then asked to have my beard trimmed and thinned she took scissors took about 1/2 inch but did nothing to thin it. My overall experience was very cold and rushed.I Hope she just having day, if not she needs training on customer service.
